Club Fees:

Included in the registration fee are two numbered team uniform tops, shorts/spandex, a numbered t-shirt, socks and knee pads. It also includes team equipment, a banquet ticket, OVA individual player registration fee, OVA team fee, OVA club fee and performance bond, OVA tournament fees, practice gym time, coaches’ training and honorarium, and club administrative costs.

The fees for the 2009-10 season will be $475.

Payment Schedule:

Payment may be made all at once or in 2 installments: Ist cheque ($250) dated on the registration night
2nd cheque (for the remainder) dated November 30, 2009.

All cheques payable to the Chatham Ballhawks Volleyball Club.


Important Note:

0. The club fees do not include any expenses for mileage,food and hotels. These are the responsibility of each athlete. Car-pooling is encouraged.
0. Any NSF charges will require payment by the responsible party.
0. Trips to the Nationals or tournaments outside the OVA are not included in the club fees. Coaches’ expenses, tournament fees and other associated expenses to these tournaments are the responsibility of the parents and their fund raising efforts for the team.
