President's Message:

We would like to take this opportunity on behalf of the Chatham Ballhawks Volleyball Club and the Coaching Staff to welcome both the parents and players to our club. As a player, you have worked very hard to put yourself in a position to represent the Ballhawks Volleyball Club. The coaching staff looks upon you, not only for your playing ability, but for your leadership, dedication and ability to train at a high level. Volleyball is an amazing sport and can offer many rewards both on and off the court. Several of our former Ballhawks players are now playing volleyball in college and university. Ballhawks youth players have won Ontario Championships and have Regional, Provincial and National team experiences at their age level, both indoors and on the beach. Mens and womens teams have also won Ontario championships and even National medals, again both indoors and on the beach.

Our volleyball club believes that the athletes are our primary focus and are directed by our coaching staff who are supported by the parents of the club. It is of the utmost importance that parents are active and positive within our club. The Ballhawks Volleyball Club is based on volunteers. The coaches and club executive give up their time and effort because of their love of the sport and the enjoyment they get from working with young athletes. Parents are also an important part of the volunteer process, as help will be needed throughout the year for fundraising and other activities.
